3. Pricing and Payment
Prices and availability are subject to change until an order is confirmed. Payment terms are established at order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when inventory, pricing, compliance, or other material order information cannot be confirmed.
4. Returns, DOA and Refunds
Return eligibility, DOA windows, refunds, exchanges, and warranty timeframes vary by item, condition, quantity, and the written quote, invoice, or order terms. The terms confirmed in writing for a specific order control. Return authorization is required before hardware is sent back.
