Review CPU, GPU, memory, storage and system condition. Technical configurations can retain value beyond the original deployment. Data-bearing drives require a documented disposition decision.

Record chassis and component configuration. Evaluate complete systems and reusable parts, identify installed storage and agree the data-handling scope before remarketing.
Enterprise GPUs & AI hardware
Verify model, configuration and physical condition. Functional or performance testing appropriate to the hardware supports valuation and resale decisions.
Storage arrays
Identify controllers, enclosures and individual media. Recovery depends on configuration, completeness and condition; media handling is planned separately from chassis recovery.
Switches, routers & firewalls
Review model, port configuration, power supplies and condition. Stored configurations, credentials and other retained information need attention before equipment returns to market.
Hard drives & SSDs
Treat each data-bearing device according to the agreed project requirements. Media type and condition affect whether sanitization or physical destruction is appropriate.
Phones & tablets
Business phones and tablets are evaluated for reuse, resale or recycling. Account locks, management enrollment and data handling must be resolved before reuse.
Monitors
Check panel condition, functionality, stands and connections. Reuse is evaluated before recycling; packaging needs to protect screens during transport.
UPS systems & PDUs
Confirm model, size, battery status and handling requirements before pickup. Battery-containing equipment may require a separate logistics and processing plan.
Enterprise components
CPUs, memory, adapters and power supplies are reviewed by part number and condition. Components may retain resale value even when the original system does not.
Mixed IT & infrastructure
Start with an equipment list or photographs. Racks, cabling and mixed lots need a defined scope so reusable hardware and special-handling items are accounted for.
