Before collection, we define the equipment, data instructions, responsible providers, required records and commercial terms. These seven steps carry that scope through to completion.

Review the equipment, locations, data requirements and recovery objectives.

Pick Up
Coordinate packing, access, removal and transportation.

Track
Record asset identifiers, serial numbers and intake condition.

Secure Data
Sanitize data-bearing media or arrange physical destruction, then record the result.

Test & Grade
Test reusable equipment and record its configuration and condition.

Recover or Recycle
Remarket suitable hardware. Route non-reusable equipment to downstream recycling.

Report
Deliver inventory, data-processing and disposition records.
Before Pickup
Start with equipment types, approximate quantities and locations. We will help define the inventory scope, site access, data instructions and release approvals before collection.
Data requirements
Describe media and the required sanitization or destruction path.
Recovery objectives
Tell us whether a resale-value assessment is part of the project.
After Processing
Review the inventory, data-processing results and final disposition. Recovery projects also include the financial settlement.
Reconcile the inventory
Compare the received assets with the original list and resolve missing identifiers or quantity differences.
Review the media results
Connect each tracked device to its processing result. Failed attempts and changes of method belong in the record.
Close the disposition and settlement
Review reuse, recycling and financial outcomes, including fees or adjustments.
