TBR Trade Group LLC buys, sells, and refurbishes computer hardware components including graphics cards, CPUs, and related equipment. All products are described accurately to the best of our ability. Refurbished items are tested and graded prior to sale.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be established at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Defective items will be exchanged or refunded. Contact our team at info@tbrtrade.com to initiate a return.
5. Limitation of Liability
TBR Trade Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
